Honor Old Glory on Flag Day by running, walking, rucking, or cycling miles equal to the number of stripes: 13 miles = all 13 stripes, 7 miles = red stripes, 6 miles = white stripes, or 50 miles for stars! You can carry Old Glory, rock a flag patch on your ruck, or properly fold her and carry her in your ruck or backpack - whatever you feel comfortable with.
