Join Team RWB for a virtual workout on March 22! Having mobile ankles is so important for not only being able to squat properly but also ensuring proper walking and running mechanics. For a quick ankle warm up, stand next to a wall with a hand on it for balance. Slowly go up on to your toes and the rock down to your heels, lifting up your toes. Repeat 10 times.
