NEW YORK, NEW YORK - Producer and playwright James P. Stanton, The Stanton Firm LLC, New York City based theatrical productions, brings his humorous original full-length play The Sun Also Sets to Theater For The New City at 155 First Avenue (between 9th and 10th Streets) for an off-off Broadway run Wednesday May 17, 2023, through Wednesday May 24, 2023. Shows run at 8 pm each night except for the Sunday show on May 21st which is a matinee at 3 pm. Monday, May 22nd is dark. Tickets are $15 and free for military, veterans and their families with military ID and Eventbrite ticket code.
Imagine a summer hiking a Spanish trail to the Pyrenees and finding your companion to be more and more intolerable. Then imagine a strong handsome American whisking you off to a grand adventure: the Running of the Bulls, the traditional Festival of San Fermin in Basque country.
