Welcome to the 10th Annual Chief Workout!
Please join us as we kick off our 10th Annual Chief Fund Workout to benefit combat wounded and disabled veterans, hosted by Maxability Sports.
WHAT IS THE CHIEF WORKOUT?
"The CHIEF" is five 3-minute AMRAPs.
In each of the five rounds, you complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 3 minutes of three power cleans, six push-ups and nine air squats. You get one minute of rest in between each round.
Your score is the number of rounds you completed in each of the five rounds.
Parking will be onsite in the Maxability parking lot -- please get there early to get a spot. If necessary, there is ample street parking avaiable.
This is as much a spectator event as it is an event you participate in. We encourage anyone and everyone to attend the event.
PARTICIPATION & DONATION
As this is a FREE event to participate in, we do kindly ask if you make all your donations through The Chief Fund Website. Donations of at least $75 will get you an honarary Chief T-Shirt. Please be sure to confirm at time of check-in to recieve your t-shirt.
If you are participating in the workout, please check in at the desk in the lounge so you can pick up your t-shirt if you donated as well as have a heat time assigned to you. If you are competing as a team, please have both athletes present at time of check-in.
