“The Totes Of Hope” project is a collection for items that homeless and in-need veterans in our community are in desperate need of. These items are collected, sorted, and packaged into a tote that is handed out with gratitude for their service at the Tri-City Homeless and In-need Veteran Stand Down on October 1.
The goal is to fill 500 totes to be distributed to the homeless and in-need veterans. The deadline for the collection is September 22 and all participants must have their items in a box or large bag to be picked up on that date.
The items to collect are listed below. They must be brand new and suit both male and female veterans:
Body Wash (M&W)
Body Lotion (M&W)
Body Powder (M &W/ Unisex)
Toothbrushes (single pack sealed)
Disposable Razors (M&W)
Shaving Cream (M&W)
Deodorant (M & W)
Socks: crew (M&W)
