The US Department of Veterans Affairs is offering a free, phone-based Mindfulness Meditation class on Friday, August 6, 11am-12pm (Eastern Time).
This Mindfulness Meditation class aims to help veterans of all eras manage the challenges and stressors of everyday life. This class will be offered on six Fridays from June to September. During each class, a topic related to mindfulness wil be introduced, followed by a guided meditation practice. Join any or all classes. No registration required.
