A major part of our role at NVI is to foster collaboration within communities. We also aim to foster communication within the Veterans services ecosystem, which means connecting communities for thoughtful discussion and learning opportunities.

We learned so many great lessons at the Collective Impact Convening in Austin, TX. The 12 Local Partners that joined us learned a lot too. In the spirit of collaboration, we are employing webinars to let attendees share their lessons and reflections with the rest of our 66 Local Partners.

The first webinar took place on May 2nd. In case you missed it, here’s your recap!

Presenters were:

Terry Finley, National Outreach Director, Clear Path for Veterans (Syracuse, NY)

Topics included “Backbone Support for Veteran Engagement,” a reflection on “The Value of Stories,” and free collaborative communication resources.
