Veterans in Global Leadership (VGL) is currently accepting applications from exceptional student veterans for the 2017-2018 fellowship program. They seek a diverse group of motivated veterans interested in leadership positions in global affairs (business, law, government, tech). Through VGL, fellows are serving in impactful roles at The White House, Deloitte, State Department, among others and have also become George Mitchell Scholars, Boren Fellows, Presidential Management Fellows and Schwarzman Scholars.
VGL Programming includes: 12-month leadership training focused on brand development, exclusive networking, leadership seminars, career guidance and one-on-one application counseling for prestigious scholarships and fellowships.
Fellowship Eligibility Requirements
- U.S. student veteran with an honorable discharge
- Minimum 3.2 GPA and good academic standing with the university
- Agreement to apply for an academic or professional scholarship or fellowship within 1 year
Fellowship runs July 27-30 in Washington, D.C. Apply by May 15.
