The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum presents Astronaut Academy, a virtual learning opportunity on Thursday, January 20, 3-4pm (EST) for children ages 5-15. Find out if you have “the right stuff” while discovering how NASA simulated microgravity and the harsh conditions of space with our astronauts of yesterday and today!
An Intrepid Museum educator will engage families online each Thursday at 3:00pm (EST), exploring themes is history, science and ingenuity. The Museum requests that adults participate in the program with their children. Programs run between 45 minutes and one hour. Advance registration for this drop-in online program is required to receive Zoom information and print-at-home materials when necessary.
