The NYC and White Plains Veterans Centers, in parntership with BetterBalanceNY, present Virtual Tai Chi for Veterans on Monday, February 21, 11:30am (EST).
Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art with a unique practice method that has incredible health benefits for arthritis, anxiety, pain management, blood pressure, and especially for balance.
Tai Chi Flow Class consists of traditional Tai Chi movements presented in a familiar, easy-to-follow exercise class format. Just follow along and enjoy the flow!
This is a 6-week virtual course that meets on the following Mondays:

February 7, 14, 21
