The Veterans Mental Health Coalition of NYC presents Staying in Balance: Healthy Solutions for Managing Workplace Stress, a virtual workshop on Wednesday, May 5, 9:30-11:00am (Eastern Time). This is a special program designed for providers of direct services to the military-connected community. This workshop will provide participants with tools to respond to the stress that arises while engaging in day-to-day work. It is an opportunity for those serving the military-connected community at all levels to identify and discuss sources of stress in their workplace and put healthy coping strategies into practice. Join the workshop to learn how you and your organization might benefit by incorporating some of these practices in order to:
