Brooklyn Boulders, The Veterans Yoga Project, Team RWB, and Journey Meditation team up for Warrior Ascent 2019 on July 20, 2-8pm. With the guidance of expert yoga and meditation teachers from The Veterans Yoga Project, find the inner strength needed to scale the highest mountain. After yoga and meditation, get geared up and join a HIIT training class or jump straight into the action and climb some of the best routes in New York City. Intro to Climbing classes offered as well.
